Objective

Develop an OKR management software that allows users to track multiple teams’ goals in a set period of time to improve accountability and collaboration designed with a modern and practical interface.

Key Challenge

Kalungi’s marketing teams have been mainly using Google Sheets to track their periodic OKR goals which presents usability issues such as with scalability where managing a growing number of OKR sets becomes a challenge. Google Sheets also lack built-in features for tracking progress and generating reports, making it harder to visualize and analyze data effectively.

Results

The new OKR tool made it easier for teams to set, track, and update goals without relying on clunky spreadsheets. It helped improve team accountability and collaboration, while the built-in dashboards gave leaders a clearer view of progress and made reporting faster and more useful.
